Omega Gaming’s Competitive [Battle Arena] Disclosure

1. Eligibility & Restricted Jurisdictions

1.1 Age & Location Eligibility. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to open an account to enter any pay-to-play cash tournament hosted on Omegagaming.world.

1.2 Restricted States. Real-money, pay-to-enter cash tournaments are strictly prohibited to users located in jurisdictions where skill-based cash competitions are restricted or prohibited by local law. You are strictly prohibited from entering any cash-prize tournament if you are physically located in any of the following states:

• Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Vermont.

1.3 Exhibition Play. Users located in Restricted States are only eligible to participate in free-to-enter tournaments, exhibition matches, or virtual-currency lobbies where no entry fee (consideration) is paid.

2. Geolocation Requirements & Prohibition of Location Circumvention

2.1 Geolocation Verification. To ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, Omegagaming.world utilizes IP tracking, device location services, and third-party verification tools to determine your physical location. You agree to grant Omegagaming.world access to your location data as a condition of participating in any cash tournament.

2.2 Anti-VPN and Spoofing Policy. You agree that you will not use virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy services, location-spoofing software, or any other device or technical means to mask, disguise, or misrepresent your true physical location.

2.3 Misrepresentation of Location. Entering a cash tournament while physically located in a Restricted State—regardless of your permanent legal residence or account registration state—is a direct material breach of these Terms.

3. Penalties, Forfeiture, and Account Termination

3.1 Violations & Remedies. If Omegagaming.world determines or suspects, in its sole discretion, that you have entered a cash tournament from a Restricted State or attempted to bypass our geolocation controls, Omegagaming.world reserves the right to immediately:

• Terminate or suspend your account;

• Void or disqualify your participation in any ongoing or past tournaments; and

• Declare all cash prizes, winnings, or account balances forfeited.

3.2 Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omegagaming.world, its parent entity, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising out of your breach of local jurisdiction restrictions or circumvention of our geolocation controls.

4. Governing Law & Venue

4.1 Applicable Law. These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of Omegagaming.world, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

4.2 Submission to Jurisdiction. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
